Anonymous Incident Reporting

In order to cultivate a just and generous expression of the Christian faith and to protect those communities that have been oppressed, Forefront Church does not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, targeting or abuse of members of our community. The purpose of this form is to provide a mechanism to report incidents that have been experienced or witnessed that contravene the values of Forefront Church.
