Jubi's bootcamp is here! Group fitness certified instructor Jubi Williams is bringing her incredible, butt-kicking bootcamp class to Forefront Athletic Club! This is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workout and class is 50 minutes long. Please come in comfortable workout clothing and sneakers. We will be working up a sweat with intense cardio drills and be doing strength moves using our own body weight. This class is donation based, and the suggested donation is $10.
